Complementary feed for horses

Maltoenergy is a paste complementary feed conceived to support horses’ energy levels during competitions. It is based on two important substances for all horses needing energy to sustain specific efforts (training, competition, trekking ecc.): maltodextrin and vitamin C.

When to use Maltoenergy

Maltoenergy is the perfect complementary feed for those wanting to provide their horses with pre-competition, ready-to-use extra energy.

Properties of its constituents

Maltodextrins are carbohydrates that can provide energy to the body extremely quickly, for they are sugars that do not need to be digested by the gastrointestinal tract, but enter the bloodstream directly instead.

Instructions for use

Use a whole Maltoenergy syringe 1 hour before a competition.
– Showjumping horses: use Maltoenergy 1 hour before a competition and, if required, use an extra syringe between first round and jump-off.
– Endurance horses: use Maltoenergy 1 hour before a competition and, if required, use an extra syringe during vet gates.

Net weight: 120g

(Since each horse has its own peculiarities feeds and complementary feeds should always be introduced in its diet gradually).
