Complementary feed for horses
Osteofoals is a complementary feed conceived to increase broodmares and foals’ daily intake of calcium and phosphorus, which are fundamental substances for foals’ proper development and to maintain broodmares’ well-being. Osteofoals is a balanced complementary feed especially formulated to supplement foals’ dietary deficiencies, which diets exclusively based on hay and grains cannot compensate.
When to use Osteofoals
Osteofoals is a complementary feed that may be useful:
– To enrich broodmares’ diets with calcium and phosphorus, especially from the 7th month of gestation on
– To enrich foals’ diets with calcium and phosphorus
– To supplement the diets of horses needing a higher calcium and phosphorus intake.
Instructions for use
Mares in foal: From the 7th month of pregnancy on, properly mix 30-35 g of Osteofoals per day with the daily ration for 6 months or a year.
Foals: Properly mix 30-50 g of Osteofoals per day with the daily ration for 6 months or a year.
Adult horses: Properly mix 40 g of Osteofoals per day with the daily ration.
